The FIRSTPRESS investor deck contains commercially sensitive product, financial, and roadmap information. Access is by invitation only and requires acknowledgement of the mutual NDA.
By accessing the FIRSTPRESS investor deck ("Materials"), you ("Recipient") agree to the following with FIRSTPRESS ("Company"):
1. Confidentiality. The Materials and any information derived from them are confidential and proprietary to the Company. Recipient will hold the Materials in confidence and will not disclose, reproduce, or distribute them to any third party without the Company's prior written consent.
2. Permitted use. Recipient may review the Materials solely to evaluate a potential investment, commercial, or advisory relationship with the Company. Recipient may share the Materials with their own employees, advisors, attorneys, and fund partners on a need-to-know basis, provided those parties are bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than this agreement.
3. No license. No rights or licenses in the Materials, the Company's intellectual property, or its trade secrets are granted by this acknowledgement. All rights are reserved by the Company.
4. No reliance; forward-looking statements. Projections, roadmap items, and market estimates are forward-looking and may change. Recipient will conduct its own due diligence before making any investment decision. The Company makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any forward-looking statements.
5. Return or destruction. On written request by the Company, Recipient will cease all use of the Materials and destroy or return any copies in its possession.
6. Term. These obligations survive for two (2) years from the date of acceptance.
7. Governing law. This acknowledgement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
8. Audit log. By clicking "Agree" below, Recipient acknowledges that the following information is recorded and retained by the Company for the term of this agreement: the name, email, company, and title Recipient enters; acceptance timestamp; IP address; approximate geolocation derived from that IP (country, region, city, ISP, timezone); browser user-agent and platform; screen and viewport dimensions; browser language and timezone; HTTP referrer; and the URL through which the deck was accessed. This information is used solely to evidence NDA acceptance and to detect unauthorized sharing of the Materials.
Summary of what gets logged on submit: name, email, company, title, timestamp, IP, IP-derived location (country/city/ISP), timezone, language, user-agent, platform, viewport, and referrer.
